2. Interpretation
References to the Downloads include any and all records, audio, video and articles required to ensure suitability and effectiveness of Custom Hypnosis Recording products.

3.1 Custom Hypnosis Recording and any representative or employee of the aforesaid, make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the suitability of the information contained on this website for any purpose.

5. Suitability & Responsible Use
5.1 These audios are designed to support you in making positive changes in your life or business. They are not a replacement for any medical or psychological treatment.
5.2 It is recommended that you seek the opinion of a qualified doctor for any symptoms, concerns, illness or disease you have before ordering your custom audio. This includes conditions such as schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar disorder, severe depression as well as any pre-existing conditions such as epilepsy, irregular heartbeat or if you have a pacemaker fitted.
5.3 As the audios provided feature binaural beats, there is a theoretical risk for those with epilepsy, irregular heartbeat or with a pacemaker fitted. Please consult with your doctor or other specialist before ordering and using these custom audios.
5.5 At any point, from enquiry to production of your custom audio, I reserve the right to cancel and terminate the production of any audio designed to assist in an illegal or ethical goal or purpose. The final decision as to what constitutes such a goal is at my complete discretion.

11.1.3 if it would be valid, enforceable and legal if some part of it were deleted then it is to apply with the minimum modification necessary to make it legal, valid, and enforceable.
